  • Security related functionality in ElectronicTender’s software is such that nobody can ever point a finger at the Buyer organization and its concerned officers for any connivance relating to tampering of any important electronic record (as listed in DeitY-Guidelines), or for breach of 'Bid-Confidentiality', even if clandestine copies of the encrypted bids are made through spyware. Encryption methodologies used in ElectronicTender’s software are distinctive. Bidders can also rest assured about the preservation of the confidentiality of their bid-data till the ‘Online Public Tender Opening Event’.

  • The ‘Online Public Tender Opening Event’ related functionality of ElectronicTender’s software is unmatched by any competing system anywhere in the world. The highest standards of transparency incorporating various legal and transparency related nuances of the well-established public tender-opening processes have been implemented in ElectronicTender’s software in a user-friendly manner, keeping in view the letter and spirit of the DeitY-Guidelines.

  • The complete tendering process in the user organizations, from generation of requisition to award of contract (including electronic bid-submission, opening and processing) will get streamlined and become efficient, secure and transparent in a cost-effective way.
