ElectronicTender.com (India) Pvt Ltd [ETI], was set up in the year 2000. Another company, ElectronicTender Pvt Ltd (ETM), was also set up in the year 2000 in Mauritius. ETM is now in the process of being amalgamated with ETI, and the process of such amalgamation is complete under laws of Mauritius, and is yet to be completed under laws of India.

Operating companies are planned to be established in various countries. In some countries the operating companies may be joint-ventures or strategic-alliance partners.
